What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, straightened, or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state when cut, with the cuticle intact and aligned in the same direction. This prevents the hair from matting and tangling. The hair is extremely healthy, and will look gorgeous, wash after wash.

How much hair will I need?

For a full install, you will need 2 bundles if using lengths shorter than 18 inches. For hair measuring between 18 and 30 inches it is recommended to use 3 – 4 bundles.

When will I receive my order?

Normally You will receive your order within 5-70 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We will email your tracking number once your hair has been shipped. If it is a special order, or hair that is not in stock, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. During sales, Christmas season, and events we may need additional processing time, please don’t hesitate to call us or email us with questions about your order.

Can I order online and pickup in store?

NO. All orders placed online MUST ship to the billing address of the card you pay with. All orders not shipped to the billing address will be canceled.

How long will this hair last?

With proper care, our hair will last up to a year. To ensure that you our protecting your investment, Blame Vanity encloses a hair care maintenance guide to make sure that you get the most out of your beautiful virgin hair.

Can I color and/or bleach the hair?

Yes. This hair can be colored, bleached, straightened, and curled. It is recommended that you wash and condition it regularly after coloring. Treat this hair as if it is your own. No matter what type of hair you buy it requires maintenance. This hair has been cut off of its natural nutrient supply that comes from the owners scalp. The best advice we can give you to keep it longer is to MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE!

What are your business hours?

Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday 10am to 6pm EST. Our stores are open Monday -Friday 10am -7pm and 9-5 on Saturdays.

What if I need a refund or to exchange hair?

We cannot refund hair that has already been shipped. If there is a problem with your order. Please don’t hesitate to call us. Hair must be unused with bundles intact and packaging or labels still intact for a refund or exchange. If you need to return an item, please make sure get a tracking number and send it to:
