1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes up to 5 business days, with an additional 2-3 days for shipping. Express shipping is sent out with next day delivery via USPS. Priority shipping takes 2-5 days with USPS.

After receiving tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs.

2. Can I make changes to my order?

Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot to be altered once payment is complete.

4. Are refunds available?

We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped. We offer store credit only. If you would like to EXCHANGE your order please send it to:
